DIY is awesome, but sometimes you need that extra bit of support! Work 1:1 with a team member to put any final touches on your website. We can help with custom coding, troubleshooting, mobile optimization, and specific design changes, all for just $50.00/hour.

I NEED EXTRA HELP

  • When you purchase your template, you will be purchasing a course through our Podia teaching platform. You will get immediate access to the how-to files for the course. Your course has everything you need to customize your template, as well as the ability to purchase an upgrade to an installation from inside the course.

  • You can have more than one website within a Squarespace account, so if you already have an existing site on Squarespace, the template will come in as a new website and be separate from your existing site. You will then have two websites on your dashboard.

    You will need to manually transfer any existing website content you want into the new template.

    If you don’t want to transfer content between websites and prefer the template installed on your existing or live website, check out our install packages.

  • With your template, you will receive a 6-month free trial, so you have lots of time to customize! When you’re ready to launch, you will need to upgrade to a paid Squarespace plan. You can view the plan pricing here.

    You will also need a Domain (URL). You may qualify for a free Domain through Squarespace with your yearly subscription.

  • Nope! You don’t need to know code, we’ve done it for you. We’ve already installed it in your template so you don’t have to.

  • Our how-to videos provide step-by-step instructions for modifying colors, fonts, images, graphics, and other elements. You also have the flexibility to add or remove pages, layouts, and sections, allowing you to tailor your website precisely to your needs.

  • The cool thing about Squarespace is that it's super DIY-friendly. When you snag a template, you also get access to our awesome how-to videos. These videos show you all the nifty ways you can customize your template. They're designed to make you feel like a pro, so you can confidently create a website that's uniquely yours. It's like having a helpful friend by your side, guiding you through the process. With our support, you'll be rocking a killer website in no time!

  • Yes! We have free email support included with your template purchase. We also offer an ‘extra support’ paid service if you need assistance with something extra.
