A Designer Day is the best way to make edits or do a makeover to your current site.

We are at your service for a full day (7 hours). You will be our sole focus on your Designer Day.

Before your scheduled day, we will do a strategy call where we make sure your priorities for that day are 100% set in stone.

Designer Days are perfect for those who want to get the base design done for them, redo a homepage, or add a sales page, shop, or blog to their site.

The Process

The process we'll go through together is like a well-choreographed dance honed over years of partnering with small business owners. Interestingly, I'm often the first designer my clients have worked with!

At the outset of your project, you'll receive an invitation to your personalized client portal which not only outlines the critical dates, timelines, and milestones for your project but is also the place where we will centralize our communication for the duration of the project. The portal is the informational hub for your project and provides you with a clear overview of what to expect next and how all the pieces come together.

Project timelines can vary depending on the package, but in general, they follow this pattern:

  • 01. Pick Your Date

    Pick a date for your Designer Day when you can be virtually available to offer feedback and stay closely connected with me. Please avoid scheduling on dates when you already have prior commitments. Your chosen date will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit payment, although you also have the option to pay in full if that suits you better.

  • 02. Get Prepped

    After you’ve successfully booked your spot, keep an eye on your inbox for an email from me. It will contain detailed instructions on what you should prepare for our Designer Day. This email will also include helpful guides and questionnaires that must be filled out prior to our strategy call. These documents will assist you in creating your Website to-do list, which we’ll be using during the Designer Day.

  • 03. Strategy Call

    As part of your booking, you’ll enjoy a 45-minute strategy call. Once you’ve secured your day, you’ll receive a link to schedule this call. We typically have the strategy call about a week or two prior to our Designer Day. During this call, we’ll go over your prioritized list of website changes, address any questions from both sides, and craft a strategic plan of action. This will provide you with a clear understanding of what we can achieve during the Designer Day.

  • 04. Designer Day!

    Grab a coffee and watch the magic happen!

    I’ll be working with speed and efficiency to implement your wishlist of changes. We’ll maintain regular communication throughout the day, ensuring that I have your immediate feedback to eliminate any delays.

    You’ll have my undivided attention for a full 7 hours dedicated to your website updates.

    Before our Designer Day, please ensure that your remaining balance is settled.

  • 05. Tidying Up

    Mobile layouts will be tailored to accommodate any content you’ve added to your site.

    Once the work is complete, I’ll send you a site invitation for new websites.

    If you’ve chosen the custom tutorial video package, I’ll record your videos and have them to you within three business days.

  • 06. Support

    Your Designer Day experience includes 30 days of comprehensive post-support related to the work we’ve completed. During this period, you’re welcome to reach out with any questions, and I’ll be available to provide additional tutorials or training videos if needed.
